PURPOSE
This position is responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, orientation, and supporting the administration of benefits, including maintaining accurate systems data, benefit enrollments and renewals, responding to employee queries, and assisting with other initiatives. The role will also include providing support for other employee benefits programs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Support the accurate and timely administration of the Group’s benefits.
- Responsible for benefit enrollments, adjustments, and ensuring reports and records are updated.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Benefits administration, execute benefits, and reconcile monthly.
- Efficiently onboard new and returning employees.
- Keep e-personnel files and records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct onboarding and employee orientation.
- Employee liaison to assist with addressing employee questions and handling work-related matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong administration background with proven experience in supporting the timely and accurate administration of benefits.
- Good at maintaining accurate systems data, benefit enrollments and renewals, and responding to employee queries.
- Experience in providing support for the administration and delivery of compensation programs would be an advantage but not essential.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient, intermediate, or advanced MS Office and strong Excel skills and relevant software are required.

- 4-6 years experience in a benefits office.

Full-time, Monday-Friday 9 AM – 5 PM, and occasional weekend day during peak season.
