This position handles the Care Professional recruitment, screening, hiring, training, engagement, and retention of our staff of Care Professionals to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients. The majority of the day to day duties focuses on recruiting. Assist with coaching and development of Care Professionals and day- to- day questions that arise within office team and Care Professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies online and within the community.
- Manage Applicant Stack tracking system, Indeed and other recruiting tools, i.e., local job fairs, community events.
- Recruit amazing Care Professionals by finding, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
- Schedule and perform interviews.
- Onboarding: Complete reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check and drug screens.
- Schedule Care Professional orientation and other required training.
- Assist in recommending client and caregiver schedules.
- Create and maintain all employment records.
- Help manage, schedule, and conduct Care Professional annual reviews and regular performance conversations, accountability, and problem resolution.
- Focus on Care Professional engagement strategies to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and management of HR department, focusing on operational efficiency.
- Daily problem-solving questions or concerns that arise.
- Open and effective communication.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within team.
- Ability to establish good working relationships with office colleagues, Care Professionals, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal law.
Requirements:
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
- Time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Computer skills and proficient in Excel and Word.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Pass drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR check.
