Off Duty Officers, Inc. is accepting applications for a Hiring Manager responsible for driving recruitment efforts, managing job advertisements, and onboarding new employees.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruiting measures
- Coordinate with the scheduling manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements
- Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
- Process and track applicant job submissions
- Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets, create job advertisements
- Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruiting
- Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
- Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
- Performing employee reviews and assessments
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
Recruiting Manager Requirements and Qualifications
· Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 2+ years of professional recruiting experience in a service industry, with at least two years in a supervisory role
· Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) practices
· Understanding of fair employment practices
· Exceptional work ethic
· Exemplary communication skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office Excel
