The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) will play a critical role in helping our fast-growing company build a best-in-class workforce. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will support recruiting related administrative duties and help facilitate recruiting processes across all business locations. They should proactively take initiative, think critically, and make decisions confidently, all while functioning in a fast-paced environment.
General Responsibilities:
- Support Permian Resources' recruitment and interview process including, but not limited to; screening online applicants, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, escorting candidates to and from interviews
- Help to develop and maintain a positive candidate experience and positive hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with hiring, candidate travel, pre-employment screening, and records maintenance
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on University related recruiting; job postings, career fairs, expos, building department relationships, roundtables, etc…
- Enhance and maintain the Job Description library for the company
- Assist with the Summer Intern program
- Takes the lead with special projects, as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working understanding of Human Resources or Recruiting principles, practices and procedures
- Minimum two years of related experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
