Our team is currently looking for an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join us. We require someone who is highly skilled and can bring their expertise to the table. The ideal candidate will have fast-paced recruitment experience in technology, preferably data services including Data Annotation, Machine Learning, Gen AI, LLM Prompt Creation and Data analytics.
The role requires outstanding basic recruitment, time management and communication skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries. The Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to strategize and develop plans that usher in outstanding talent for the success of our company. We are seeking individuals with a growth mindset and a talent for accomplishing tasks.
Job Responsibilities for Recruiter

Manage and maintain accounts, fostering strong relationships to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for client positions, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism in candidate placements.

Utilize various recruiting methods and tools, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent.

Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

Extend job offers to candidates and conduct weekly New Hire Orientations.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall recruitment experience for clients and candidates.

Work experience in a fast-paced environment such as call center ramp-up or technical role – a huge plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in high volume recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
