Role:
EverCommerce, a leading provider of integrated software solutions for service-based businesses, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team!
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our recruitment efforts, streamlining processes and ensuring a seamless experience for top talent throughout the hiring journey.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

System Management & Efficiency: Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for optimal functionality and data integrity. Streamline workflows and implement efficient processes to optimize the recruitment process for both recruiters and candidates.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insightful reports and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, develop metrics for measuring success, and inform strategic talent acquisition decisions.

Candidate Experience Champion: Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience. This includes managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics throughout the recruitment process.

Compliance & Legal Support: Assist with ensuring adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for continuous improvement.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies. Workday a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting tools.
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $175,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
