One of Addison Group's clients, a business consulting organization, is seeking an HRBP for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining effective business partnerships and strategizing approaches for all HR areas both in the US and internationally. In addition, this candidate must have experience managing performance review cycles.

Candidate profile and qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of HRBP experience with experience from a global development organization or international nonprofit
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, CRM, ATS
- Soft Skills: Professional, team player, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Education: Experience can compensate in lieu of a degree
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
About the Role: As the HRBP, you'll be at the forefront of shaping effective business strategies across diverse HR functions, both domestically and internationally. From performance reviews to talent acquisition, you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence and fostering a thriving work culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage performance reviews, as well as execute compensation processes for assigned Portfolios and business units.
- Engage in employee relations issues and team with legal and others to support required. processes to mitigate risk, as needed.
- Work with stakeholders to manage resourcing and workforce management needs.
- Use data-driven decision-making to develop proactive solutions to support business solutions.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in determining salary offers for external candidates.
