Position Title: HR Recruiter IV
Location: Remote (EST)
Position Status: 3 month contract (potential for extensions)
Position Description:
- Lead the recruitment process by identifying, interviewing, checking references, extending offers, and conducting orientation for new employees.
- Manage and perform exit interviews, and process changes in employee status.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures to achieve recruitment goals.
- Rely on extensive experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish objectives.
- Execute a variety of tasks and may lead and direct the work of others.
- Exercise a high degree of creativity and latitude in recruitment strategies.
- Report directly to a manager or the head of a unit/department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Workday for recruiting processes.
- Proven experience working with hiring managers and customers to meet recruitment needs.
- Ability to manage and balance 10-20 positions simultaneously.
- Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview preparation, and offer negotiation.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
