What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build and manage direct and indirect candidate pipelines for the Development Pillar
- Support full life-cycle recruitment process for multiple searches within the Development Pillar
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and provide an extraordinary candidate experience
- Contribute to the creation and execution of employment brand initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a progressive corporation and/or agency
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of creating a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Strong negotiation skills and exceptional recruitment strategies
- Experience utilizing technology in recruitment, specifically in workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Background in nonprofit recruitment or HR
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment
