You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and developing a network of contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Build relationships with clients and develop a network of contacts
- Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates
- Close deals and ensure that candidates are successfully placed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
- This is a 100% commission-based opportunity
- There is no limit to your earning potential. You are the creator of your own success
- Typical earnings range from $75k to $150k per year, but total earnings are limitless based on your effort and results
