We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Locum Recruiter to join our team and help us connect exceptional locum tenens physicians and advanced practitioners with healthcare facilities nationwide.
About the Role:
As a Locum Recruiter, you will play a vital role in building a strong network of medical professionals and matching them with the best assignments that meet their needs and our clients' demands. You will be instrumental in creating a positive impact on healthcare delivery by ensuring that our facilities are staffed with highly qualified practitioners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (but not limited to):
- Recruitment Excellence: Source, recruit, and onboard locum tenens physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants for various healthcare facilities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their career goals and aligning them with suitable assignments.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of locum tenens candidates through targeted sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with the account management team to understand client staffing needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Credentialing and Compliance: Partner with the compliance team to ensure all professionals meet quality and compliance standards.
- Negotiation: Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage the offer process to ensure fair agreements.
- Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Metrics and Trends: Track and manage recruitment metrics to evaluate sourcing strategy effectiveness and stay current on industry trends and best practices in locum tenens staffing.

Required Skills/Expertise:
· Previous experience with digital tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and our in-house application
· Confident, organized, and enthusiastic
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong telephone and client communications
· Results-oriented professional with self-confidence, perseverance, a sense of urgency and a dynamic personality
Education and Experience:
· College degree preferred, but not required
· Minimum of 3-5 years in locum staffing or recruitment
