EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Talent Acquisition Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri for the summer of 2024.
Pay: $20 / hr
Schedule: You will be expected to work flexible 20-25+ hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Learn LinkedIn Recruiter and source candidates
- Meet goals set by leadership
- Promote EquipmentShare via LinkedIn
- Assist with various stages throughout the hiring process
- Assist with various projects within TA/HR
About You

What You're Working With:
- Must be actively working towards a Bachelor's degree (HR focused preferred) at an accredited U.S. college/university
- Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
- You have high attention to detail
- You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask
- You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
- You are a self-starter and take initiative
