Serve as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator subject matter expert. Perform and certify the completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire types. Ensure timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork. Provide consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates. Collaborate and communicate effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists. Partner effectively with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process. Certify an overall successful candidate onboarding experience. Verify complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities. Exhibit organization across all tasks and full ability to follow processes. Consistently meet coordinating metrics. Provide education as needed on onboarding process. Identify process improvement initiatives and provide solutions. Perform other duties as assigned and/or necessary.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Columbia, Maryland and some days remote.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on-site, Thursday and Friday remote. First two weeks require 5 days on-site for training. Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. Parking included.
