Responsibilities:The Ad-Hoc Recruiter will provide supplemental staffing support based on the needs of the division and per the direction from the Divisional TAM. In addition, the Ad-Hoc Recruiter will assist with building applicant sources, maintaining passive applicant pool, and managing other duties as assigned.
The Ad-Hoc Recruiter must maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action and state specific guidelines and laws; the Recruiter must maintain job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications: 2+ years high volume recruiting experience preferably within a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field) preferred Competency with applicant tracking systems Strong communication skills Strong sourcing background Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up skills Strong problem-solving skills Will perform other duties as assigned
