Workable makes software to help companies find, hire, and manage great people. We understand HR and its role in building healthy workplaces — which is why we're proud that more than 27,000 teams around the world use Workable to do exactly that. And while we take HR seriously, we don't take ourselves too seriously. At Workable, you'll find smart people who have fun, learn and innovate, and help others do the same. We brainstorm, we laugh, and, occasionally, we party (there's a lot to celebrate), but we also appreciate people's need for quiet time and focused work. We respect everyone, we hire the best, and make sure every experience is special.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant People Team. You'll work closely with our hiring managers in the US and UK, helping them to achieve their goals by bringing in the best talent to Workable. We hold the bar high when it comes to candidate experience so if you're passionate about hiring and believe it's your mission to delight candidates with your concierge style of attracting talent, then we'd really like to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple positions, create innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
- Coordinate candidates through the recruitment stages with transparency, high levels of communication and deliver timely and meaningful feedback
- Provide administrative support to our hiring teams, from reviewing job descriptions to placing adverts, to keeping our pipeline moving steadily
- Guide hiring teams from assessing recruitment needs to making final hiring decisions
- Use market knowledge to advise hiring teams on potential bottlenecks and anticipate challenges
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified, in high demand, passive candidates
- Be an ambassador of Workable's culture
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics through Workable reports
- Initiate and own recruiting projects; recommend new and fresh approaches and resources available in talent attraction
