Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for partnering with business leaders and Human Resources to actively identify, source, and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels, with a focus on key roles related to Engineering, Construction, and project-site related positions. The position will focus on creating a pipeline of talent by maintaining relationships with people in the industry who possess the skills to match our business strategy.
Essential Functions
- Actively support the Company's commitment to safety and its "Core Values."

- Consult with hiring managers to define, recommend, and implement targeted recruiting strategies for key engineering, construction, and project-site related positions.
- Using industry experience, relationships, and knowledge, recruit, screen, interview, and refer applicants with a heavy focus on passive candidates.
- Identify, source, and develop prospective candidates using a variety of channels and focused recruitment techniques, to include LinkedIn, extensive candidate database searches, social networks, other online research tools, cold calling, internal and external networking, professional associations, etc. Develop recruiting leads based on that research for both current and future openings.
- Assess/vet candidates, including conducting thorough, confidential, behavioral-based interviews to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility, with focus on ensuring lasting and successful placements.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring management and HR with detailed profile summaries.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers in resume review and assessing candidate background and skillset to ensure selection of candidates who are the best fit for the position and the organization.
- Working with Human Resources, draft and communicate offers of employment in line with Company policy and established salary administration guidelines.
- Track, review, and report on recruiting metrics to measure the success of talent acquisition efforts.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience managing the entire recruiting lifecycle; recruiting experience in the construction/EPC industry highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent level experience.
- Demonstrated skill in the successful development and implementation of creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong influencing and negotiation skills required.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, social media sites, recruiting software, candidate databases and other online research tools, as well as experience with MS Word, Excel, and HR database applications.
- Strong behavioral interviewing skills and the ability to assess, persuade and negotiate with candidates.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work well independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
