General Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success within their scope of responsibility. This position will be part of a team responsible for developing recruitment ideas and plans, identifying sourcing strategies, and advising managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the best possible talent is sourced and hired.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure Company compliance with established hiring procedures, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action policies
- Work cross-functionally to help with the recruiting efforts in both Field Operations and Contact Center departments
- Handles high work-loads of 15 to 20 requisitions at any given time
- Confer with management team to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills
- Working with company’s requisition and job posting process; create, refresh and remove job postings from various sites
- Source candidates for positions; utilize a variety of recruitment resources
- Initiate contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings
- Review resumes and forward to hiring managers
- Set up interviews for the Hiring Managers throughout various stages of the recruiting process.
- Act as a business partner with managers and supervisors to communicate policies, procedures, programs and laws
- Liaise with various organizations involved in diversity, disability, gender, age, religion, and health and safety.
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Work with appropriate Human Resource Business Partners to ensure proper requisition details, and approvals are attained for all positions.
- Additional responsibilities could include various Human Resources projects throughout the year and during slower recruitment periods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting required.
- Experience using various job boards and creative sourcing strategies
- Experience recruiting in a variety of departments such as Field Operations, Contact Center, etc. required
- Applicant Tracking Systems experience (ADP Recruitment Management a plus)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal, social and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, self-motivations and communication skills required
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and be flexible to changing assignment priority
Working Conditions
- Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Working conditions may include being in an open (shared) cubicle/workspace area.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
