Job Description
As we are growing, attracting talents is a strategic driver for PlayPlay’s success. We are on the hunt to find another Talent Acquisition team member to help us hire great talents for our team in New-York! 🇺🇸
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll report directly to our Head of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with a dynamic team of 5 within the broader People team, comprising 12 members.
This position is based in New-York.

YOUR MISSIONS💪
US Talent Acquisition
- Scope: from interns to senior positions, you know how to navigate from one role to another, and adapt to business needs.
- Take full ownership of job positions: define needs (scorecard), write job descriptions, source and assess candidates, organize interview process and make offers.
- Define the best strategies to create solid pipelines of talents (inbound, outbound, employeur branding...)
- Direct sourcing is one of our key acquisition channel. You love hunting candidates and have a sales approach!
Collaboration
- Work hand to hand with our hiring managers, help them define their needs and accompany them to hire the best talents.
- Ensures a top-notch candidate experience from the first contact through to onboarding.
- Take part in Talent Acquisition projects (developing campus strategies, working on candidate experience, improving our recruitment processes, tracking our KPIs...).
Employer branding
- Spread our culture and values when interviewing candidates.
- Regularly contribute to social media channels, to speak about job opportunities or showcase our unique employer brand.
- Monitor the market trends and implement innovate projects.

- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced environment (in-house or agency).
- You are organized, data-driven with an eye for quality.
- You value candidate experience and share a passion for people.
- You are a hunter, able to build and grow an outbound acquisition pipeline of passive talents.
- You have outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.
