We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. Madison- Davis is a leading executive search and consulting firm specializing in financial services. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for various positions within our Commercial and Equipment Finance Team:
- Sales & Business Development positions; Equipment & ABL Underwriting, Pricing, Operations & Asset Management
-Commercial Finance: Relationship Management; Structuring & Execution; Sales; Private Placements.
Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize recruiting platforms such as Lever and iCIMS to source and attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
- Manage employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop future leaders within the organization
Skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of post-college experience (preferably with exposure to: sales, banking/finance
- Must be internally motivated and driven to succeed
- Strong sense of urgency
- Analytical thinking and effective problem solving skills
