What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage the complete recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical recruiting
- Certified Human Resources Professional and/or Certified Professional Recruiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems
- Experience with diverse recruiting initiatives
- Familiarity with federal contracting requirements and compliance regulations
