Position Summary:
As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Healthmap Solutions, you will have responsibility for all aspects of the Human Resources strategy and operations. You will be a close strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team to drive the best-in-class human resources function while playing a leading role in the future growth of the company. This will include effective talent acquisition, organizational design, management and organizational development; employee relations/engagement; performance management, compensation and benefits, workforce planning; enterprise learning and HR administration.

- As a strategic enabler, build relationships of trust across the executive management team, understand the needs of the business and its colleagues, and advocate a proactive point of view to help position the Company to win.
- As a proactive problem solver, establish credibility throughout the organization to be viewed as an effective listener and solution-oriented problem solver of people issues.
- As a business partner, effectively manage the business through the development and implementation of a people strategy, consistent with best practices and aligned to the core business strategy.
- As a business manager, develop and manage an annual operating budget and identify opportunities for achieving greater value with managed costs and high productivity.
- As a technology integrator, leverage technology and applied analytics in a way that best fits the organization to improve business processes, drive operational efficiency and make more informed decisions .
- Strategically lead the operations of the company’s HR organization to drive performance and culture in support of the organization’s goals.
- Be proactive and agile in developing both strategic and tactical HR plans and programs to appropriately scale the company’s mission and culture.
- Drive organizational structures and approaches that deliver a high performing culture.
- Partner with senior leadership to create best in class organizational design, identifying necessary talent, skills, and expertise to meet the organization’s high growth goals.
- Proactively lead the development and implementation of people policies, procedures, programs, and practices that are aligned with business objectives, support the continued growth of the business, and comply with local employment laws and practices.
- Oversee a career progression and rewards program that is comprehensive, competitive and aligns with the company’s short- and long-term strategic objectives.
- Create a culture of accountability through targets and clear measurement.
- Oversee all talent acquisition recruitment functions, including recruitment strategy, talent assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage an organization wide enterprise learning management program
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, strategic management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of professional human resources experience within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- 10+ years of operational, strategic and hands-on experience
- Proven history of establishing trust with professionals throughout an organization, functioning as a leader, consultant, & business partner
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s standards, challenges, and regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven experience in coaching high-performing leadership teams

- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with employees, and senior management
