Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, and work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar is preferred but may be substituted for 3 years of hands-on experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
