Health bridge consulting is providing a full spectrum of services to several large healthcare providers in the area.

This position will report to the HR manager and work directly with HR as well as the Regional and Practice Managers. This individual will assist in handling all aspects of recruiting for clinical staff, and temporary employees as well as onboarding. This position will also assist in supporting other HR functions such as employee relations, training, organizational development, benefits and other tasks as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full Cycle recruitment working closely with our Practice Managers
- Manage all postings for all staff as needed
- Develop, maintain and manage job postings across all resources
- Manage all applicant’s resumes and employee information
- Drafting all offer letters
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Entering all new hire/benefit data into payroll system
- Process background checks
- Other duties as needed
Skills & Abilities:
- General knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources
- Knowledge of rules and regulations involving recruiting
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work under high pressure situations and firm deadlines
- Experience working with Excel/ Google sheets
- Personable / Strong communication skills (specifically phone/email communications)
- Must have strong attention to detail & be a strategic thinker
