Who You Are:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, possessing at least 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition. As a proactive sourcer, you excel at identifying and engaging top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and direct outreach. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are top-notch, enabling you to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. With a knack for building strong relationships, you establish and maintain connections with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Additionally, you are an analytical thinker who leverages data and metrics to inform your recruiting strategies and continuously improve processes. What You Will Do:
- Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
- Sourcing Candidates: Proactively identify and engage top talent through various sourcing techniques, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Phone Screens: Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates, and offer strategic advice on recruitment best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining and improving the recruitment process.
- Miscellaneous: Other recruiting and HR admin duties as required.
Qualifications
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated assertiveness and initiative in taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The salary range for this position is: $70,000.00-$97,000.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
