Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our organization's staffing needs. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) - Screen resumes and application forms - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods - Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) - Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills Nice-to-have Skills: - Knowledge of employment labor law - Experience with iCIMS, ADP, UltiPro or similar HR software - Understanding of contract and talent management - Background in executive recruiting
