What you will do:
Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies to attract top-tier talent in the technical and engineering sectors.
Create compelling job descriptions, post them, and manage them on industry-specific job boards and social media platforms to reach qualified candidates.
Utilize sourcing techniques to identify and connect with passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry forums, and other channels.
Conduct phone or video screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring an efficient interview process.
Prepare and extend competitive offers, ensuring alignment with company policies, compensation structures, and market standards.
Handle salary negotiations and employment terms, balancing candidate expectations with company policies.
Oversee background checks, reference verification, and other pre-employment screenings.
Conduct thorough onboarding, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture and processes.
Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and complies with legal and company requirements.
Organize initial training sessions and ensure new hires can access necessary resources and support.
Leverage advanced recruitment technologies and tools to improve candidate sourcing, tracking, and communication.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders to align recruitment goals and timelines.
Track, analyze, and present key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies to stakeholders.
What you will bring:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a lead recruiter role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Proficient with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
Experience specific to electrical construction, engineering, and technology preferred.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365 and Paycom preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
