Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a key role in recruiting and placing qualified candidates in various job positions based on client needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to attract and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications and fit for job positions.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline and build a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to clients on candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring progress.
- Job Matching and Placement:
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and manage the hiring process from initial contact to job placement.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials as required.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company's database or applicant tracking system.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including employment contracts and onboarding paperwork, for successful placements.
- Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and changes in recruitment practices.
- Conduct market research to identify potential client opportunities and candidate pools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
OR
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
OR
- Previous Experience working in customer service, in a fast paced environment, in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
