Job Description:

Angels Creation Reproductive Center is seeking a Recruiter who can speak Chinese Mandarin for our egg donor department.

The position is full time in office at our beautiful headquarters in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities:

Recruit egg donor candidates via but not limited to pipelines, social media, ads...etc
Intake the candidates and ensure the candidates meet the criteria
Gather the necessary documents from the candidates and IVF facilities
Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, communication, etc)
Help the egg donor achieve the medical goals (losing weight if applicable, attending medical appointments, using the medication as prescribed)
Develop effective working relations and cooperate with the internal and professional teams throughout the entire case management process
Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary documents, and produce case reports
Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes
