This role is 100% on-site at our Englewood location
This role will require some commuting to our Denver & Greeley offices
This role is responsible for the front-end candidate pipeline creation, candidate qualification screening
This role is responsible for the backend candidate tracking, follow up, and processing Background Checks & scheduling Drug Testing
This role is primarily responsible for sourcing and prescreening, candidates to be interviewed and considered for AWP Safety
Generate candidates through various sourcing methods, including but not limited to AWP's database, social media platforms, job boards, resume databases, etc.
Drive the phone interview process - document all touch points and relevant updates to candidate status
Identification of candidates specific to skill sets / markets / geography
Creating candidate profiles in applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
