Overview

The Staffing Coordinator monitors schedules, works with budgets and identifies patterns. As a Staffing Coordinator, it will be critical to create impactful relationships with the team to ensure appropriate scheduling at all times for the safety and well-being of our patients. We have 100+ employees and need someone with a go-getter attitude to keep our schedules updated for our patients' needs!

Responsibilities

The Staffing Coordinator develops schedules and maintains facility budgeted hours.
The Staffing Coordinator performs timecard audits and edits as necessary.
The Staffing Coordinator documents and communicates attendance concerns to management.
The Staffing Coordinator is in charge of managing incoming agency employees and float pool staff.

Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of experience staffing 100+ employees
Experience working with agency staffing
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
