Job Recruiter

Responsible for all aspects of the talent acquisition process. This includes building relationships with candidates as the recruiter is usually the first interaction a candidate has with the organization. The recruiter is responsible for posting all job positions, interviewing and screening candidates, placing candidates with the correct hiring managers, as well as continually improving the process and procedures needed within this specific scope of work. The ideal candidate will have strong interviewing skills and experience with HR software.

A Job Recruiter typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Screen potential candidates prior to formal interviews
Continually generate candidates for open positions via scouring, networking, referrals, etc.
Network with other industry leaders
Generate market research to better develop recruiting strategies
Continually improve processes and procedures
Manage all job postings and job applications for every open job position
Conduct in-person on site interviews
Maintain rapport with all candidates into the placement process.
Ensure all onboarding is processed
Arrange management interviews by maintaining frequent communication and coordinating schedules.
Respond and verify candidate qualifications based on job description requirements
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
Become familiar with hiring locations, geography, and territory

Minimum of 3 years experience in all phases of recruitment
Excellent communication skills
Strong research skills
Ability to continuously improve processes and procedures
Ability to pre-screen and interview over the phone for multiple positions
Recruiting and interviewing skills
Professionalism, organization and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
