The Role:

Oversee and Support a team of Remote Recruiters that are responsible for bringing the best of the best Sales reps weekly
Build relationships with remote team
Work with high sense of urgency, this is high volume recruitment
Conduct interviews of candidates
Manage and Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
Act as mentor and subject matter expert to better guide and direct Recruiters
Always be solution oriented and team centric
Ensure team metrics are met
Lead daily Team Huddles to motivate and inspire team members who are working remotely

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
