Job Summary:

DHR Construction is seeking a skilled Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within PST hours (8am-5pm) and play a vital role in sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates for both field and office roles.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for both field and office positions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations with regard to hiring
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize various recruiting channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires as needed.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in recruiting, especially in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish
Experience with Monday.com
