Role Description

This is a summer internship role as a Recruiter at MomentMD. As a Recruiter Summer Intern, you will assist in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
