Senior Recruiter (Japanese/English) - Full Time

Our Fort Lee office is now actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both Japanese and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write at a business level or better. We are looking for someone who can work Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Senior Recruiter(Japanese/English) Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment process to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Manage and utilize our database to maintain and compile candidate information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Mentor and support junior recruiting staff.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and requirements.
Maintain records and reports to track recruiting metrics.

Senior Recruiter (Japanese/English) Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Must be able to conduct efficient and effective web searches for candidates.
Comfortable making multiple phone calls daily and conducting face-to-face interviews.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be fluent in Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Experience working with Japanese businesses or in a bilingual environment is a plus.
