Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team for a short-term project. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will work on various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Assist with recruitment including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Assist with the onboarding process including launching offer letters and onboarding links.
Follow-up with the new hires on the status of the onboarding process.
Field HR calls and provide the necessary support; escalate as necessary.
Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in maintaining employee records in the HRIS system.
Support the HR team with scanning employee files and uploading them into the HRIS system.
Provide support with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Work Experience

Associates Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, Bachelors Preferred
2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using HRIS systems.
Familiarity with HR software systems
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
