As part of our expansion, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Recruiter to join our team remotely.

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Part-Time Talent Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard high-potential TikTok LIVE streaming hosts. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours. However, you will need to stay closely connected with the company's General Manager to ensure alignment with our talent acquisition strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit at least 5 high-potential TikTok LIVE streaming hosts every two weeks.
Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and networking channels to find and engage potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess the suitability of candidates for the role of a TikTok LIVE streaming host.
Collaborate with the General Manager to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the TikTok LIVE streaming industry.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the General Manager.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent recruitment, preferably in the digital media or live-streaming industry.
Strong understanding of TikTok and its live-streaming ecosystem.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using recruitment tools and social media platforms.
Ability to stay connected and communicate effectively with the General Manager and other team members remotely.
