Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Recruiter. The Part-Time Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the interview process.
Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and answering any questions they may have about the hiring process.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs, prioritize requisitions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Human Resources: Light HR reporting and administrative work.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
