- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain HR records

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations and affirmative action planning

- Familiarity with HR software systems

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of contract management and compliance requirements
