Responsibilities:

Recruitment: sourcing candidates, assist in conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
Attract qualified candidates for different positions within the company.
Administer onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.
Collaborate with management to address employee performance and conduct issues.
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement programs.
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
Stay updated on best HR practices and employment laws.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR generalist or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely with strong time management skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices.
A passion for identifying exceptional talent and contributing to a positive work environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
