Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, serving as a primary point of contact
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
Continuously improve our recruiting processes and contribute to our employer branding initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology company
Proven track record of successfully hiring for various roles across different departments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality results
