Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, serving as a primary point of contact
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Continuously improve our recruiting processes and contribute to our employer branding initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology company
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for various roles across different departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality results
