HR Manager (Korean bilingual required)

Timpl Group has partnered with one of the nation’s top 25 logistics companies to recruit a bilingual Korean HR Manager as below:

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and manage performance expectations
Identify and evaluate staffing agencies that align with our company's values, culture, and hiring needs
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
Assist with benefits enrollment and administration
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Must possess a comprehensive understanding of United States labor laws and individual state laws
5-10+years of experience in Human Resources required
Bilingual in Korean and English required
Must be authorized to work in the States without any sponsorship
