HR Manager (Korean bilingual required)
Timpl Group has partnered with one of the nation’s top 25 logistics companies to recruit a bilingual Korean HR Manager as below:
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and manage performance expectations
- Identify and evaluate staffing agencies that align with our company's values, culture, and hiring needs
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Assist with benefits enrollment and administration
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Must possess a comprehensive understanding of United States labor laws and individual state laws
- 5-10+years of experience in Human Resources required
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
- Must be authorized to work in the States without any sponsorship
