Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Director of Rep Recruitment to lead the charge in bringing top-tier reps onto the Top Stock platform. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to build and nurture a talented force of freelance reps and brand ambassadors. Collaborating closely with our sales team, account managers, and marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving results for our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a robust acquisition and onboarding strategy for reps, ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment to deployment.
Implement recruitment strategies and screening practices that attract passionate brand ambassadors while reducing churn.
Forge strong relationships with retailers, rep associations, and brands to cultivate a diverse pipeline of talent.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement initiatives that generate awareness and demand among prospective reps.
Employ innovative sourcing strategies and targeted outreach to attract top-tier talent.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a focus on brands and retailers in the active lifestyle category.
Experience recruiting for gig platforms or vertical labor marketplaces is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and leveraging social media for recruiting purposes
Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Track record of successfully recruiting high-quality talent within tight timelines
