PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
This position is responsible for helping with recruiting qualified individuals for our company. In this role, your responsibilities are to create postings and advertisements for openings, attend job fairs, and utilize various digital platforms to source talented candidates. Utilize an applicant tracking system to follow them through the entire process as well as HRIS software to aid with onboarding management. Should also be familiar with basic office software, such as Microsoft Outlook, vendor management, and other platform as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the overall talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the talent acquisition specialist and HR business partners, including peak planning, developing/refreshing hiring plans, recruiting/outreach events, building strategic business relationships and other targeted talent acquisition activities.
- Assist and coordinates full cycle talent acquisition and hiring process for multiple location(s).
- May coordinate and/or conduct full cycle talent acquisition and hiring process for non-management, non-package handlers for one or more location(s), including interview scheduling, conducting non-management interviews, applicant disposition, and making recommendations for hires.
- Coordinate with various departments to assess staffing needs
- Draft and post job listings on digital recruitment platforms
- Attend job fairs to assist recruit talent in virtually or in-person
- Communicate with applicants throughout the interview process
- Forward suitable candidates to department heads
- Guide recruits through the background, offer and onboarding process
UALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Requirements:
- Job Based in Orlando, FL
- Experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to collaborate well with subject matter experts to create quality materials
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills including strong public speaking abilities as well as voiceover abilities
- Excellent writing abilities
- Detail oriented and the ability to take direction and make the project your own
- Advanced Proficiencies in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with Subject Matter Experts effectively
- Travel may be required during training period and peak reopening months (July-September)
Preferred but not required:
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a multi-state or regionals environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position will be involved in computer tasks and telephone communication including, but not limited to, customer service. This job requires a comprehensive work effort while generally working a regular five day work week schedule, however, occasionally a six or seven day work schedule may be required. Corporate meetings and functions may be required.
