ResponsibilitiesYOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges. Coach departmental leaders and managers to align with the organization’s vision and mission.
- Engage proactively with CoEs such as Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition. Seek their expertise in specialized areas and integrate their insights into HR strategies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into policy violations, complaints, and workplace situations. Prepare investigative reports and recommend appropriate actions.
- Interpret and deliver HR policies, guidelines, and programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assess organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies.
- Utilize key HR metrics to drive key insights/decisions around engagement, growth. and retention.
- Partner with the Senior Director, Human Resources to develop and execute HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Support day to day HR processes which will include coordinating new hire pre-employment requirements, onboarding, orientation, and the departure process.
- Specialize in areas such as employee rewards, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

QualificationsHOW TO SUCCEED
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in related field of study.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent).
- Union & Collective Bargaining Experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace and defense.
Salary Range: $81,364.00-$101,705.00.00 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
