Construction Recruiter Daily Responsibilities:
- Efficiently identify, source, and attract talented individuals to join our team, ensuring a great initial impression and maintaining a consistently high standard of interaction throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Manage the development, organization, tracking, and coordination of online job postings, company profiles, and various digital platforms for attracting, sourcing, and monitoring applicants and candidates.
- Take the lead in recruitment efforts for open positions, establishing pipelines of qualified candidates to fuel future organizational growth.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with viable candidates to assess their fit within our dynamic teams.
- Represent Ulliman Schutte at job fairs and other in-person career events nationwide, demonstrating our commitment to recruitment excellence.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with university career services representatives, co-op advisors, and internal recruiting champions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our exceptional human resources and marketing teams to create compelling recruitment literature, job postings, advertisements, videos, and engaging social media content.
- Ensure seamless communication among project leaders and teams throughout the United States, facilitating and supporting anticipated organizational growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year minimum experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition is required for this role.
- Previous success in recruiting within the engineering and construction industry, encompassing roles such as engineering university graduates, construction trades, construction project leadership, and other corporate administrative positions.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, handling high call volumes, and overseeing onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with the construction industry.
- Exceptional verbal, organizational, and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in digital recruitment media, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- A personable and positive attitude, with a genuine enjoyment of building relationships with diverse individuals on a daily basis.
- Demonstrated attributes of determination, grit, self-motivation, and persistence.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
