We are now looking for a recruiter to join our team to lead all future talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand needs, define the recruitment process, and advise on hiring strategy
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for posting open positions
- Source candidates and build a network to support a strong pipeline of talent
- Calibrate candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for Designer Appliances
- Manage feedback from interviewers
- Develop job descriptions and job postings
- Assist with research on projects
- May assist with onboarding
Qualifications
- Strong ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive research and ongoing relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
- Proactive and independent with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to handle multiple job requisitions
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Strong collaborator that works effectively with hiring managers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Education/Experience
- BA/BS required, Business or Human Resources preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in HR staffing and recruiting
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques
