Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates recruiting and staffing strategies
- Attends in-person and virtual job fairs, conducts interviews, makes hiring decisions
- Directs the recruiting process and ensures staffing goals are met on time, assists with scheduling
- Maintains contact and communication with recruits, candidates and personnel
- Coordinates training, schedules participants, collects payments and processes paperwork.
- Conducts orientation, completes hiring paperwork, and keeps employee files up to date
- Manages social media and advertising campaigns.
- Implements marketing strategies, manages social media, advertising campaigns and conducts community outreach in key target areas.
We are looking for:
- Self-motivation, driven to succeed, enthusiasm, flexibility and passion.
- Excellent written and communication skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office, social networks, etc.
- Well-organized and detail oriented individuals with an outgoing personality and ability to multi-task
- Previous aquatic experience such as being a lifeguard or pool manager preferred, however other staffing experience accepted
- Experience in recruiting as well as managing and scheduling staff
- Availability to work flexible hours, must be available to work longer hours/weekends in the busy season (May-September)
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
